1. Log in to the Aptela account either as the User or as the Account Operator
   • Users:
     • Select Settings from the Navigation Bar
     • Click on the My Account tab
   • Account Operators: 
     • Select People from the Navigation Bar
     • Click the name for the user(s) you wish to make changes to
2. The user's Edit page will open
3. Scroll to the "Find Me List" section
   
4. Click Add Entry (a green plus sign toward the bottom right of the box)
5. Enter a "Name" (e.g. Mobile)
6. Enter the 10-digit phone number (no specific format is required)
• If you are forwarding to an international phone number, enter: plus sign > the country code > space > the city code > the number.  Example, +91 221234567
7. If the number requires an extension number enter the "Extension"
8. We recommend a default setting of 20 seconds for the "Ring Time"
9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save (Important!)

Tip:  To make changes to multiple users, Aptela recommends that you login as the Account Operator.
