Can a dedicated fax number be assigned to a particular user?

Yes, a fax number can be assigned to a particular user. If you would like to add a dedicated fax number to your account, the Account Operator must submit a ticket via our online web form. Adding a new number to your account will increase your monthly rate.

When creating the ticket:

Enter your client ID and contact information
In the Subject, type: "New Fax Number Request"
In the Description box, include the:

Quantity of numbers needed
Area code and city
User(s) & extension number(s) the fax number should be assigned to
Email address to forward fax notifications to
