Eyebeam Softphone hangs up after 5 mins
|
The Eyebeam & X-Lite phone have a default timeout of 300 seconds of 'inactivity'. This setting seems to cause issues in some set-ups. If you are having issues with your calls hanging up after 5 minutes, we recommended de-activating this feature. To deactivate this setting: Go to the Options settings and under the Advanced tab go to the Network options. De-select the check box for "Time out after inactivity" setting. |
