Snom 190 Configuration

Snom phones are not supported by Aptela, but users report an easy configuration and that the Aptela application works quite well. The below instructions may help to get you through the initial configuration of your Snom 190 phone. Getting started, the first assumption is that your router/gateway supports DHCP*. If it doesn’t, or if you have a static IP address, you will need to manually enter the appropriate network information for the phone.
*DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) is a network protocol that enables a server to automatically assign an IP address to an individual computers TCP/IP stack software.
