Using Internet Explorer 8 with Aptela

Some customers may experience problems using Aptela with Internet Explorer 8, such as Operator Reports not generating. This may be due to some unique features in IE8 that can be bypassed by enabling Compatibility View.

 

In IE8, go to Tools>Compatibility View Settings and add aptela.com to the list.

Then in Tools make sure that Compatibility View is checked. For more information you can view the Microsoft Help article about it at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956197.
