How Can I Get Access to My Calling Reports?
|
You may view and download real-time usage reports on-line via your Aptela operator account. This will allow any authorized user to get immediate access to your organization’s usage data. Reports are exported to a CSV (Comma Separated Values) format that can be sorted, filtered and formatted using Excel or another spreadsheet program. Report filtering options include a date range, call type (inbound, outbound or all calls) and an option to select from a list of users (departments or user names). Usage data is available for up to 120 days. Related Articles: |
