How to Call Another User's Extension

Users can dial other user or department extensions via the SIP (desk) phone.  This allows users to quickly call another extension without dialing the main phone number. EXTENSION DIALING *7 + the Extension: Dials the phone and active Find Me List entries of another user. If there is no answer, the call will route to the No Answer Destination (Voicemail or Call Tree). *5 + the Extension: This is similar to "*7 + extension" but connects to the SIP phone only and not the user's Find-Me List or No Answer Destination.  The call will disconnect if there is no answer. INTERCOM DIALING (this feature is for Polycom phones with 2.1.1 firmware or higher) *1 + the Extension: Dials the speaker phone of another user.  If the other user is not on an active call, the call will automatically connect.  If the user is on an active call, the the call will attempt to contact the user on the next phone line.
