How to Setup Your Find Me List to Forward Calls to Another User's Phone

The Find Me List is used to forward phone calls to another 10-digit phone number and/or to another user's SIP (desk) phone. DO NOT use the forward feature on your SIP phone to route calls to other destinations. Doing so will cause calls to route directly to voicemail.  Always use the Find Me List.

Forwarding calls to another user's SIP phone is useful for those who need back-up assistance to answer missed calls.  For example, an executive may need missed calls to ring an assistant before the call will ring to voicemail.
