On-Net vs. Off-Net Calls
|
All calls that remain on the Aptela Network (i.e. Aptela SIP to Aptela SIP) are free and are considered as "On-Net" calls. Calls connected via a Find Me List entry (e.g. Cell Phone) use the allocated minutes* for the extension and are considered as "Off-Net" calls. Calls connected to the Aptela Conference feature from an outside line (i.e. Cell Phone, Land Line, or another provider) are charged per minute per caller and are considered as "Off-Net" calls. *If the allocated allowance is exceeded or the extension does not include minutes, calls are charged per minute. |
