Transferring via the Polycom or Aastra 6757i CT Phone

Transferring a call using the Polycom or Aastra transfer button works on inbound calls only. Follow the below steps to transfer an inbound call using the keys on your phone. If you wish to announce the caller before completing the transfer, see the instructions under the "Warm Transfer" section.
To Warm Transfer an inbound call using the phone:
To transfer outbound calls, you will need to use the Aptela "## Menu". For example, to transfer a call to another employee, press # # 3 + the extension of your coworker. The "## Menu" provides other useful call management features including: 1 - Return to the call |
