How to Send Incoming Calls Directly to Voicemail

Users and Departments can send all incoming calls directly to voicemail using the Web portal. This is useful if you do not want calls to ring your phone or the phone of "Active Users" in a department. Note: Use this setting with caution as it will send all incoming calls directly to voicemail. Users will be able to make outbound calls. When the user or department should receive incoming calls again, change the Dialing (Calling) Method. A popular use case for this feature is to set it before going on vacation so that all incoming calls go directly to voicemail. INDIVIDUAL USERS (FIND ME LISTS)
DEPARTMENTS Only the Account Operator or Department Manager can manage Dialing (Calling) Methods for departments.
