How Long are Voicemails Stored on Aptela?

  • Aptela stores media files for up to 90 days.
  • Media files include voicemails, call recordings and faxes sent and received. Failed faxes are removed after 7 days.
  • Once the media file is removed, the call record will remain accessible within call history and reports.
  • Once voicemails are deleted by a user or operator, the audio files are no longer accessible from your Aptela account.
