User Navigation - About the Messages Page on the Web Portal

Your online account provides access to many useful features to take control of your day by managing important calls. The Messages section is the first page you see when logging into your account. It displays your Call History and offers tools to manage live calls through the Call Room.



Call History

In the center section of this page, users can access a log of all inbound, missed and outbound calls. Capabilities include:

  • Add & read notes for a call
  • Click the number to initiate a call (which starts at the first number in your Find Me List)
  • Listen to a voicemail
  • Read a fax
  • Mark as Read or Unread
  • Delete
  • Move to a Folder



Call Room Box

When you make a call, this box will display the live call. You can place the call on hold, hang up, start and stop recording, transfer, take notes and flip to another number (example: flip the call to your mobile without having to hang up and call back). Aptela Box

In this box, you will see a count of new voicemails and faxes. You will also see a Find Me List drop-down menu to quickly change the order of phones in your Find Me List. You can also click on Make Call to initiate a phone call using your Quick Dial list, Directory, personal Address Book or dial directly.



Message Commands Box

Provides quick access to start a new fax, add and delete folders to manage call logs and creating and managing lists. For more information click here.



Browse Folders Box

This section delivers tools to view your call logs and, based on permissions, the call logs of your company account and departments that you manage. For more information, click here.
