How to Create a new, or Edit your existing, Call Tree

Whether you are a new or existing Aptela customer, you should have a Call Tree setup for you already. Creating a new Call Tree means you want to delete your existing Call Tree set up and replace it with something completely different. Basic Call Tree modifications, such as adding and deleting Call Tree blocks, can be done without creating a new Call Tree. This article includes references on how to record your own custom audio and build your Call Tree. Only Account Operators have the ability to create and/or edit your company Call Tree. Before making changes to your existing tree we recommend the following:
