How to Setup/Change your Name Prompt & Voicemail Greeting
So callers may know who they are contacting, it is important that each user sets up a unique Name and Voicemail prompt. It is also important that unique prompts be recorded for each department. All standard users and departments have voicemail included with the extension.
To Record your Name and Voicemail prompt:
Your Media Library can be found by logging into your Aptela account as a user or as operator, and selecting Settings then scrolling down to Additional Settings. It is under that section that you will find the option Edit Media Library. |
