About the Attendant Transfer feature
Attendant Transfer is a call tree setting that routes all incoming calls, via your main number, to a user or department prior to it ringing your call tree. This is useful for companies who prefer to have a receptionist answer the phone, but have the call tree as a back up if he/she is unable to take the call.
