Transfer on Polycom doesn't always work

Transferring a call via the Polycom transfer button works on all Inbound calls.
For "warm" or "consultative" transfers:

The easiest way to transfer is to press ##. You then have these options:

  1. Return to call.
  2. Send call to voicemail.
  3. Transfer to another extension
  4. Directory lookup to transfer to another extension
  5. Transfer to any 10-digit phone number.
  6. Transfer to call tree.

Via the Polycom phone:

  1. Hit the Transfer button
  2. Dial *7+ extension of the person you want to call
  3. To put the call through, hit the Transfer button once more
  4. To cancel the call transfer and go back to the caller, hit the cancel key.

Note: Transfer currently only works on inbound calls. We are working to enable this on Inbound and Outbound calls in the very near future.
