How to set up a Polycom for Auto-Configuration

Aptela makes it easy to setup and configure Polycom IP phones with our auto-configuration tool. Auto-configuration automatically updates the firmware and configures the phone for use with your extension as well as downloads your company directory to your phone. All Polycom phones bought from Aptela come already setup for auto-configuration. This guide is only needed if the phones are already not configured for auto-configuration or have been fully re-formatted.
