What is Operator Transfer?

If a caller does not select an option after the call tree has played its options, Operator Transfer routes the caller to a specified user. An example would be after the Menu options have a recording that says ".... or just stay on the line and you'll be routed to someone immediately."

To set up:
  1. Log in as the operator.
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Under Call Tree, click on Operator Transfer.
  4. Select the user or department to route the call to and Save.
  5. Publish the call-tree for the setting to go live.
    1. Go to the Call-Tree
    2. Click on Publish
