Call Tree Overview

The Call Tree is a menu driven auto-attendant comprised of "blocks". These blocks have functions that range from basic (transfer to department or user) to complex (enter a number and receive a fax). As the Call Tree routes to departments and users, the caller's audio experience will include hearing audios triggered by the Call Tree auto-attendant and those trigger once transferred to the department or user.
