Enhancements

• Operator & Attendant Transfer now configurable for business & off hours schedule.

• Report a Problem embedded into Message Logs. This feature allows you to report issues on calls, voicemails or faxes. Report a Problem is used for trending and tracking purposes and is not a replacement for directly contacting support to open a service case.

• Print Company Directory (export company user list to an easy-to-use print-ready format).

• Settings/About now displays additional phone number information including number to user mappings.
