General Voicemail System Navigation

From your deskphone dail *8 or press the messages button on your phone. If you are not at your desk you can dial your Aptela phone number and press star (*).
Enter your extension and PIN.

1-Access Voice Mail

While listening to voice mail

#-skip to next message

5-return phone call

7-delete current message

8-forward message to another Aptela User

9-save current message

2-Access Group Voice Mail (only if you are a member of a group)

5-Conferencing

1-If you know conference extension

2-List of all available conference extensions

#-return to previous menu

7-Send Announcement

1-record announcement

2-select recipients

1-select by extension

2-select by name

0-Set up voice mail

1-record name

2-record prompt (greeting)

3-change PIN

#-return to previous menu
