- Local Phone Numbers - $4.99/month - Purchase additional local numbers for local presence and direct dialing.

- Call Recording - $9.99/ext - On demand call recording allows you to capture calls when you need to. An excellent tool for training employees.
- Fax Machine - $14.99/month for 250 minutes/extension and $0.025 additional minutes - If you wish to use a fax machine, purchase an extension for it and use an analog adapter (ATA) to send and receive faxes. Requires purchase of an ATA.
