Aptela Desktop is a free application that extends the features of our virtual PBX to your desktop, giving you extra control and convenience to managing your business communications. Aptela Desktop Features

• Alerts to incoming calls with Caller ID and an option to reject the call
• Provides real time status of coworkers
• Click-to-call a coworker from within your company-wide directory
• Review voicemails and faxes
• Manage live calls: place calls on hold, flip to another number, forward, record calls and even add call notes
• View and update your Find Me List
• Seamless login to your Aptela user account
• System Tray icon turns red indicating new messages are waiting
• Minimize the desktop window to System Tray; click once to reopen

You can download the Aptela Desktop (beta) here. Don't forget to check your system requirements! You will need:

• Aptela v5.x platform
• Windows: XP SP2, Vista
• Mac: OS X 10.5.6 or later

Note: Not yet tested on Windows 7 or Linux configurations
