An Auto Attendant Like No Other: Part 1
Auto Attendants are not all created equal. We split the Auto Attendant into two parts: Menu and Schedule.
The Menu greets callers and then presents them with a list of options, "Thanks for calling Ann's Cookies. To speak with a customer service agent, press 1; to speak with a sales representative press 2, to dial by name, press 3, if you know your party's extension, press 4."
We offer our customers with the ability to create unlimited menus. You can have a unique greeting and attendant prompts for morning, lunch time, afternoon, off-hours, weekends, holidays, and more. The options are endless.
If you live in an area that gets a lot of snow, create one for inclement weather and just hold on to it until the day comes that you need it. You won't have to create it at the last minute. Just log in from home, choose from a drop-down menu to play the "snow day" menu for the day, and you're done.
Our menus also offer a near endless amount of attendant prompts and options for routing incoming callers. Your Customer Service prompt can point callers to a sub-menu with yet another greeting and set of audio prompts. Which can lead to another, and another, and...
Attendant prompts can direct customers to an extension, department, phone number, sub menu, audio message or even a fax back option.

We are a young business designing and building garden rooms. We lose customers who love our buildings because we don’t provide finance. I’ve googled, but companies offering us finance come up. Is there anyone out there who had done this recently for their business, or are you a company which provides this service.
Many thanks for helpful replies.
