With Aptela, you already have a Find Me List that routes all incoming calls to various phones or people, to ensure that you never miss a call. Most of our customers have one or two people that you wish to handle differently. It could be a spouse, your boss or that VIP customer. With Smart Find Me Lists, you can create a unique Find Me List for a colleague, contact or department...giving you the ultimate control over how people contact you.

Once you select the individual/Caller ID, you can then choose which phones will ring and whether you want them to ring all at once or one at a time.

Once the Smart Find Me List is created, all calls from the designated Caller ID will follow these rules. How's that for providing the ultimate control over your calling?
