JOB DESCRIPTION:
Aptela is looking for an individual that will drive operational excellence in our growing direct and indirect channels. You will use your operations management skills to create and improve existing sales processes and tools to drive sales via the direct and indirect sales channels. We require an operations analyst, experienced in sales force automation tools, generating sales productivity reporting and analysis as well as skilled in project management in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and executing operational standards, processes and procedures within the agent and wholesale markets.
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for:
· Responsible for wholesale and business partner operational policies, processes, procedures, and reporting
· Partner and wholesaler on-boarding process improvement
· Partner order-entry process and Q/A standards
· Business partner commission and wholesale billing reconciliation process and dispute resolution procedures
· Partner extranet business and functional requirements definition and on-going management
· Creation and management of the sales intranet content
· Sales representative and Partner productivity reporting and analysis
· Creation and execution of sales tools and programs
REQUIRED SKILL SET & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
· 3-5 years experience in a sales operations capacity
· Previous sales operations experience working with agents, wholesalers or VARs
· Business to business sales operations experience
· Prior experience in the wireless telecom or “software as a service” industries preferred
· Demonstrated analytical capabilities
· Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills
· Outstanding project and program management skills are a must
· Project management certification a plus
· Exceptional interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
· Exceptional computing skills including; MS Excel and PowerPoint, CRM system and project management applications
· Familiarity with solution selling methodologies a plus
· Knowledge of IP-based networks, VoIP or telecom markets a plus
