JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to assume following responsibilities:

• Perform various account analyses and reconciliations to ensure proper recording and reporting of transactions in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare revenue analyses and adjusting entries according to established policies
• Review A/P coding and prepare the appropriate expense accruals
• Review bank and merchant account reconciliations
• Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Assist with incentive compensation plan calculations
• Review sales & use, business license and personal property tax filings
• Prepare various schedules related to external audits
• Assist with migration from Quickbooks to Intacct, company’s new accounting package
• Manage implementation of fixed asset module

REQUIRED SKILL SET & QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. degree in accounting required. CPA preferred
• Three to five years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the telecom or “software as a service” industries preferred
• Prior experience in a high transaction volume / recurring revenue business preferred
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and written communications skills
• Must be detail oriented and organized
